Cancellation Policy
We understand your time is valuable. And so is ours. This is our livelihood, and a cancellation hours before an appointment makes it hard for us to fill that spot with such short notice. We kindly ask to please respect our time and give us at least 24 hour notice should you need to cancel an appointment. This gives us enough time to reach out to other clients who are trying to get in! All appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours prior are subject to 50% fee of scheduled service.
For repeat cancellations, our technicians hold the right to decline future services.
